That belief didn’t come from theory, but from decades of watching people navigate the hardest moments of their lives, in emergencies, in training rooms, and in the quieter struggles that unfold behind the scenes of everyday life.
About Laban “LJ” Johnson
I’ve spent 25+ years helping people find their footing, in business, in community, and in crisis. That work has taken many forms: sales leadership, philanthropy, community organizing, and now building a platform designed to do what I always wished existed.
My thinking has been shaped by some of the greats: Robert Kiyosaki changed how I see money. Tony Robbins gave me a framework for personal development I still use. Jim Rohn and Zig Ziglar taught me the real mechanics of success. Grant Cardone sharpened my approach to business. Tom Hopkins’ principle of low-profile selling, meet people where they are, became a philosophy I apply far beyond sales. And Alan Ram’s tactical thinking influenced how I build systems and teams.
But here’s what all of them, combined with lived experience, actually taught me:
No single person holds all the answers. Wisdom is assembled, not downloaded.
That’s the spirit LJ Learn was built on. Not one man on a podium, but me as a guide, connecting dots, sharing what I’ve found, and learning from everyone who shows up.

LJ Learn — The educational engine. Skills, systems, leadership development, and personal growth pathways aligned with real-world application.
The Concordia Initiative — The philosophical foundation. A movement rooted in stewardship, dignity, and community uplift. Everything we build runs on Concordia values.
Care Coordination for Families in Crisis — The real-world impact arm. A hands-on program supporting families navigating crisis — at no cost to them.
These aren’t three separate projects, but one integrated ecosystem, and each one makes the others stronger. △
